How It All Began
Terrie Lobb, a renowned culinary expert based in Bartow, Florida, has been a prominent figure in the catering industry in Polk County since 2006. With a genuine passion for cooking instilled in her from a young age, Terrie’s journey in the culinary world began after she attended The American Culinary Academy.
After opening a cozy café named The Docket near the Bartow courthouse, Terrie’s talent and dedication quickly gained attention. As her clientele grew, she discovered a natural flair for catering through customer requests. Recognizing her preference for this dynamic aspect of the culinary field, Terrie established Catering by Chef Terrie Lobb in 2000, initially operating from her own home. Through sheer determination and hard work, Terrie expanded her venture into a thriving enterprise, known today as Terrie Lobb Catering, Inc.
